Located at the North York Central Library, the Boardroom Suite is comprised of a private executive-style boardroom meeting area for up to 20 people, an adjacent lounge, private washrooms, coat closet and a small kitchenette. The suite is located on the 4th floor overlooking the dramatic seven-story central atrium of the library to the north and Mel Lastman Square to the south. A contemporary design creates a welcoming and inclusive meeting backdrop.

Boardroom Meeting Area

The boardroom includes a fixed oval meeting table and 20 executive chairs with large south and north facing windows. A wall-mounted digital screen with a variety of connection adaptors are included, along with wifi internet connectivity.

Boardroom Lounge

The fully furnished lounge, situated adjacent to the boardroom meeting area includes private washrooms and a coat closet. The lounge overlooks the central atrium of the library and has a south-facing view of the cityscape.
