Toronto Public Library is pleased to offer full service catering through our approved caterers.  Our caterers are intimately familiar with the library’s venues and they offer a broad range of services including event staff and event equipment rental coordination and menu design and consultation.  Please let us know which of our caterer(s) you would like to receive a quote from and we will connect you with them directly.

Event Rentals & Service Staff

Element Event Solutions and The Butler Did It are the official suppliers of event rental equipment and event service staff at Toronto Public Library venues.  Your caterer will arrange these services on your behalf.

Audio Visual Services

Audio visual equipment and services are provided by EPiQVision, the Library’s exclusive supplier. Please contact them directly for a personalized quote.
